I took 3 bears my mother made I had a young lady help me pick out ribbon for bows she pick out the pretty bows they made my bears look so cute for Christmas . The ladies are very good at what they do . Thank you Tipton Hurst Shepherd in pine Bluff

Excellent service. Requested same day delivery for birthday present. Made order by phone since in different state. They delivered beautiful plant same day within hours. Also they sent picture of plant to be delivered as requHighly recommend this florist in Pine Bluff, AR.

I ordered from online app only to be called and told the store did not have what was advertised and purchased . I then had to call the store and go through the website to see what the store did have in stock. I finally just asked them to make a beautiful basket with a mixture of floral and plant design and was told I could have a ceramic rabbit added as it was similar to what I ordered originally but they did not have. The product they delivered looked cheap and was not as described. I have used shepards florist for years prior to them adding Tipton hurst! I do not think I will use them again.

The staff at Shepherd's really goes above and beyond. The designers at the Pine Bluff store know what the are doing and they do it very well. I highly recommend them.

I had sent my grandmother flowers from myself and my daughter as she was grieving the loss of my grandfather and the florist sent “Happy Birthday.” My grandmother was very confused and thought we meant to send them out to someone else. Beyond upset, especially since the florist did not seem apologetic.

I want to thank this flower shop so much. I had a family loss on Sunday and several this year so i forgot to order my daughter a corsage for her prom. I remembered it on that Friday and went to their shop around 4:15. They said they couldn't fill another order and I broke down crying and explained my situation. I was so upset, but understood. A lady from the back came out and said to take my order and made my daughter the prettiest corsage for her prom. That is the best customer service ever. You went way above and beyond for a mother that was going through so much and to make a young girls prom really special. I can't thank you enough.
