Sign on the door says that they open up at 10:00 a.m. and it also shows online that they open up at 10:00 a.m. and the manager didn't I get here to open up the store until 11:20 a.m..

There is not enough help due to the district manager having a bonus for payroll being short therefore she being Jessica shorts everybody's hours or has them work off the clock so she can get that payroll bonus very unprofessional lies on sales associates and key holders and lies to them for that matter when asking for her bosses information she won't give that out I would like to speak to her manager trying to get ahold of head office or corporate see where that gos.

The people are very nice. But not enough help. There was just us and another person. I wish they would help me to pick out a wide shoe. But all they do is show you where they are. That is it. No other help. What happen to the others that use to work there and help you?
