The bank tellers are very friendly and professional, but everything else doesn't suggest success is the first priority. It can be quite unfair to review a business during the ongoing labor crisis, but my complaints are as follows:1) Slow service times. 15 minute waits are not uncommon. Occasionally, 25 or 30 minute wait times occur. For deposit processing and check cashing, they lag behind their competitors.2) Poor facilities maintenance. The building exterior is in exceptionally poor condition. They've positioned themselves about 2 years and a few thousand dollars behind in basic facilities maintenance and improvements.I'll iterate very clearly, I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT blame the telling and site-level staff. These kind of issues hint that Simmons (at large) has given up on this location.I expect better HQ oversight from one of Arkansas's largest and most capable firms.
