My jeep is still at the dealership getting worked on. I bought it June 7th and haven't hardly ever had it. Found prior maintenance records that stated the engine was run without lubrication. Vehicle delivered to me with the gas cap off. Told me to get sensors so everything would work. $350 found out that didn't happen. $300 on a key fob, $2700 in taxes and a down payment of $5000. Check engine light has been on since before I bought it. Maintenance man said I shouldn't have been notified this vehicle is ready much 4 texts saying it ready. Now Travis says everything I paid is gone. So now I have no vehicle, no money nothing. Yet guess what??? That jeep is at ur dealership still. Still broken also. Is this how u do business???First pic is what I bought. Second is what they say is comparable and then that I was told my money is gone. Take the rough jeep or be screwed.

When I dropped my car off, life was not going so well for me. Not only did they make my car look brand new again, they even washed the inside and outside! It looks like I just drove it off the lot! But taking the time to clean it up for me? That really made an impact on how I feel about their customer service. I will do business with them from now on.

I went to receive some financial advice and possibly a vehicle but because of a repo I couldn't get financed. The salesman whose name is Travis Gaston was really helpful and I appreciated his professionalism and courtesy. He told me what i needed to do and for that I can say thank you sir. I will definitely go back when im able to so that I can get my next vehicle purchase.

The service department is their biggest downfall! How do you screw up a basic oil change?.. My husband has also had several bad experiences with the service dept and getting things done correctly. Also I am a big supporter of our Local heros like the Fire Department, Police, & EMS! After finding out how one of our local volunteer Departments were treated by Lee Smart and one of the service managers, Smarts will no longer have mine or my husband's (a fire fighter) business! If you can't support our local heros we sure won't be supporting you!

I wouldn't trust these people to change my oil. My car was in their shop for over six months. They claimed they put a new motor in it but the 'new' motor mysteriously had the same problems as the old motor and had to be fixed again less than six months later.
