**DO NOT SHIP FROM THIS STORE** I used the store to ship a package back to a store for refund. The associate wasn't able to scan the label I had on my phone, but offered their email address to send it. I emailed the label and they attached and shipped the package, providing me a copy of the tracking information. After months of not receiving the refund, I started contacting the merchant. The merchant finally advised the label they provided had not been used. After reviewing what I'd sent with what they used on the package, it appeared they used the wrong shipping label on my package. The merchant was not able to refund without receiving the package. Contacted Staples manager several times and they advised to file a claim with USPS. I attempted to file a claim but it's now past their claim deadline. I did go ahead and do the missing package option, but they aren't able to assist because it was showing delivered. There's no way to explain in the claims portion that the issue is Staples used the wrong label. I contacted Staples management again, and was told nothing will be done on their end for the error. Talked to corporate and got the same run around of we can't help you, even though they made the error. I have the email with my correct label and the tracking they provided me with the wrong tracking number, and also offered to send screenshots of the claims I've attempted to file through USPS, and they still are not willing to assist with their error. I'm out $90 and there's nothing I can do now to fix their error. Do not ship anything of value with these people, as they will not accept any liability, even whenever it's clear the error was on their part.

I just encountered a very rude store agent that tried to force me to pick up a partial online order. I professionally told her I need both inks not one and she refused to cancel my order. She then looked at my work shirt and says she’s gonna cancel her account with us. Therefore today I am canceling my staples account. The order is still not canceled in the app and the attitude I received while trying to Handel my business is appalling!!! I want my money back for the ink I did not pick up

Had an Amazon return for my dad that I dropped off here. And the person that I dealt with was extremely friendly and courteous.On a second visit I needed to print some stuff off in the print service customer service rep was extremely helpful, informative and courteous.

I give Staples 2 stars because Staples had what I was looking to buy, but service is a zero. I could not find what I was looking for and could not find a sales person. Would have been nice if someone could have greater me and directed me to area of store. I looked for a while, then went looking for someone help me. Took me twice as long as it should to complete my shopping at Staples.

The very professional and really nice, and helpful lady that assisted was Tequinta, in the Printing Department. She was so great at her job! She is to be commended in a great way for making my visit/purchase at Staples on 4/5/2021 such a great and easy experience! She gave me a survey web address, but it didn't work, so I wanted to find some way to let everyone know about Tequinta, and the Staples in Pine Bluff, AR; thank you Tequinta! In Christ Alone, David

I gave them a 3 because normally they are good about helping customers in the store; especially Brandon. During the busiest Back to School time of the year, they had no one available in Print and Marketing on a Saturday.
