“A friend of mine got his car impounded on a weekend. Jeff tried to reduce some of the fees and work with my friend to try to save some him some money. His driver was well mannered and respectful. All in all it seemed like a good group of people to do business with. If I ever need my truck towed I'd call him.”

“Had a blowout about 45min from home with all 3 of my kids.. 2 of which are special needs. Did not have a spare or someone to come help us. Had been sitting on the side of the road for awhile. Was referred to Smiths by another towing company and I'm so very glad they did. I had called more than 6 different companies claiming they wouldn't leave u stranded, claimed they could help with whatever you needed weather it be a tire replacement or tire repair, Gas, towing, whatever the issue they could help.. and that wasn't the case. Every single one of them was not able to live up to what they advertised. This place did though. Smiths Wrecking & Salvage Co literally said ok where are you, and they were there. Was a little costly but that is nothing when it comes to my childrens safety and getting us home safe. I was extremely pleased with how the driver conducted himself and really cared for our well being and he helped me get my children safely in the truck and away from the road. Wonderful service.. and although it was cash only.. I did have a slight issue.. that is my own fault.. I wasn't able to get cash at that time and they allowed me to pay by cash app..thank you for that. Wonderful Wonderful company. Would highly recommend!! Thank you Smith Wrecking & Salvage!!”

“The first year I stored my things there it was great and I was on auto pay and had No problems. But, this second time it's like they refuse to put me back on auto pay and they keep charging me an extra $30 a month ? I don't want to pay life is already hard. But, I paid it the first time thinking ? it was my fault and I asked for auto pay again in December. Here it is January with another $30 late fee;, same ole BS. And, I'm still not on auto pay. I refuse to keep paying $30 a month late fees when I have the money in my account to pay my bills. Can't wait until I get all of my belongings out of this storage unit. But, He fixed my problem with auto pay and I'm truly grateful for that and I don't have to pay that late fee thanks ?”
