Horrible customer service and repeatedly loose or late delivery packages. The staff are horrible, unhelpful and unprofessional. I'd pay twice as much to use a different carrier.

They won't deliver your package on time . When a normal mail man can deliver it They say they can't on a clear road do to the clear weather... leaves packages at the end of the drive way. Wouldn't allow us to come pick up or package from the ups place .

Driver delivers one package, forgets the other, so they take it to the pist office who returns to sender. This happens with 50 percent of our packages that come from the pinebluff center. Obviously they employ very lazy and unprofessional drivers who cannot complete a simple task. This in turn costs me hundreds of dollars in lost packages a year, who is going to reimburse my loss? UPS?

We have had so much trouble trying to send this huge kennel my mother in law ordered. They only take things bk/let customers in period between 4pm-6pm or 4:30pm-6:30p.m. I'm not sure which. We were on our way to go out to eat(my husband, mother in law & me) so ask us to load up this huge kennel so we could drop it off at USPS but they said it was only from the timed above that they dealt with public(so to say). Our 2nd attempt they are saying the bar code is unreadable. So what r we suppose to do? I don't think we can print one off ourselves. So we are at a stand still.

I have used this facility since moving here in 2019 to send my packages home or to return items to different retailers. The employees or friendly and I my packages always make it to the destinations…..

Had one delivery last year they gave to someone else that wasn't an authorized signer and never did make it right and I ate over $900. Fast forward to this year had 2 straight delivery's where they said I moved when I didn't. AVOID LIKE RHE PLAGUE

They're open for business from 4 in the afternoon till 6 in the afternoon which is perfect for us to get orders done during the day and ship during the evening

I don't even know where to start. There's only a couple of drop off boxes none of them are big enough to actually fit a box in this town. The drop-off locations they have listed refused to let you drop off you can only pick up and the one place that you can actually drop off deliveries is only open from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on certain days which means there's usually a huge long line of people waiting so my advice go with FedEx or the regular post office if at all possible.
