Was never transferred over to an agent. Kept receiving the same recorded messages. Not helpful at all?

NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!! I went two days in a row, both employees that helped me were rude! Didn’t get any help from them. Had to get the supervisor to find my mail!!!
