Very rude and unhelpful staff. The worst post office I've been to in Arkansas. The lady who handled the passports was the worst customer experience I've ever had.

Was never transferred over to an agent. Kept receiving the same recorded messages. Not helpful at all?

NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!! I went two days in a row, both employees that helped me were rude! Didn’t get any help from them. Had to get the supervisor to find my mail!!!
