Erica Terry turned my entire day around! I had been dealing with customer service for 4 hrs on the phone. I had enough and came into the store. She spend hours dealing with them to get my account straightened out and even stayed past close to make sure I left with a working phone. This store has the best customer service I’ve seen definitely give them your business!!

I just want to say that the sales representative known as KG was very professional. He educated me about the home internet and even came and installed it personally at my home. He went above and beyond for me with my home internet and setting up my Netflix, HBO Max and Disney Plus bundle. I recommended him to everyone i know, he is the pinnacle of great customer service.
