Where do I start? I first purchased a vehicle from this place in 2024 at the end of the year and within a month the vehicle stopped working. They replaced the vehicle eventually this year and gave me something else and now I'm having issues with this vehicle. I'm disabled and my1year old is also disabled so we have a lot of doctor appointments we have to be at and I just got out of the hospital not long ago. Because if all the issues with my vehicle we've been late for appointments and missing appointments and it's too hot for my vehicle to be stopping. The air doesn't work anymore either. I'm so tired of ppl taking advantage of me when it comes to these cars. I pay a car nite ever month so I shouldn't have to keep dealing with this. They get their money every month so I shouldn't be having these issues.abd the person that sold me the vehicles don't even work there anymore smh. So much is)was wrong with the vehicles I purchased from the motor, to the air, the alternator and more. It's sad that they sell vehicles like this.

I took my car in and explained what was going on. John listened and said he would call when they knew what was happening. He called explained the situation and the costs and that the parts would be over nighted. My car was ready the next day. A very pleasant surprise. I was expecting the next week. I would recommend Welch Nissan in Pine Bluff to anyone. I am a very satisfied customer.

Inspect your vehicle after their repairs and body shop! Had a insurance claim and GEICO chose Welch. Never installed new splash guard, and left a shattered wheel well guard. Even a brand new employee would of seen the shattered plastic hanging under car. Never again using them.

I live 4 hours from the Pine Bluff, Arkansas dealership and the entire purchasing process was conducted online. Greg, the sales consultant, went above and beyond to make sure the whole experience was perfect.
