They don't pick up mail in my mailbox for several days on end. It has happened multiple times in the few short months I have lived here. I have called to complain multiple times and nothing changes. My mailbox is not blocked, or locked, and it is easily accessible. I have businesses contact me because my mail gets returned to them because they aren't delivering it. This is a horrible excuse for a post office. Something needs to change because this is unacceptable!

I have had some trouble with them nit picking the ounces of packages and holding them at the post office until I came to pay to pick them up.

Even though my house number is in giant numbers at the end of the driveway, they decided they couldn't deliver because I didn't have a mailbox. The package was too big to fit in the mailbox anyway. Instead of waiting at least one day to give me a chance to pick the package up at the post office they returned it to sender.

It really depends on who.is working and the mood they are in if you get good service.
