They were very patient with us and worked with us as we tried to cancel our old phone plans from other providers in order to switch to AT&T. They ran quotes and answered all of my questions, as well as made a homey environment for my 1 and 3 year olds. Definitely would recommend AT&T to anyone from personal experience!
