We had a complicated problem with our warranty and the Sears Hometown Store resolved it very efficiently. They were so helpful and friendly. They took care of us even though they weren't directly involved with our purchase.

Great place to shop. Friendly and polite. Only wish I had played attention to the sign on the front door that said they were closed Sunday. Web says open, but they are closed. 30 mile drive for me.

I made a online order for in store pick up on may 26th. Said the order was ready for pickup when I checked the status. Tried calling the store multiple times to make sure my order was in the store before going. Only got one person to answer in about 30 minutes of calling , when the guy answered I ask if my order was there and within 10 seconds of being in the phone he told me it wasn’t. Tried to explain that it was ready for pick up and he told me to wait and hung up. Waited 3 more days with the email still saying that it’s ready for pick up, and now every time I call it says the number is disconnected to the business. I don’t know how this place manages to stay in business, probably going to end up like the rest of sears. Be aware and stay away if you value your time.

Store small, hometown. Has several part time employees, all who are less than willing to take care of their customers. Most are there for a payday and that's about it. We have been waiting since September of 2019 to have a refrigerator repaired. Warranty bought, Sears corporate drags their feet and local store is almost as bad.

Let me start out saying the salesman and delivery driver are both great! Both are friendly and try to be as helpful as they can be. We had good experiences both inside the store and with today’s delivery. However, when you purchase a brand new appliance and it doesn’t work, it shouldn’t take a week to get the matter resolved.
