Came in 10/8/2023 to buy tires found the ones I wanted proceeded to the tire center to ask if they would mount the every want to be technician said they don’t carry those even though they were on the shelf then told me they won’t mount them and acted like it was a inconvenience to interrupt them standing around you guys are a jokeService: Auto tire replacement

In the past we've used a Walmart in West plains but recently moved to Arkansas. I will say I know some of these guys and gals get a bad rap but, the young guy I had do my oil change came out and let me know. That the plug was leaking and he replaced the o rin. I totally appreciate this and because of this will be back again.Service: Oil change

Had to lock my battery in a cart from the gas station thinking the whole time I was going to have to pay like $120 for a battery that are actually really did not have. And at the end of the whole transaction the lady told me that it was absolutely free. It was very good that it was and it made me feel good, however I just feel like it could have been explained to me a little bit better because I had to ask why it was free LOL. Well I guess maybe I should have known but I did not it was very unexpected and very helpful. Maybe when a customer comes in and doesn't really know what they're doing and they express that maybe they could be walk through a little bit more. But she was wonderful in getting the job done

We went in to get our tire replaced & our headlight fixed & we were ahead of everyone but these two females walked in & instead of letting us be helped first because we were there FIRST they helped the two girls while looking right at us. Not only that they saw us standing there for 30 minutes waiting with two kids. Disrespectful & will not go there again.Service: Tyres

We went in to have a tire replaced, with a front to back rotation and swap of the tires. This simple and easy change that could have been done in 10-20 minutes by ourselves took 2.5 hours. During that time, you would think they'd be making sure to do things right, but they managed to break the wheel cover of the tire being changed in the process. Afterwards, they were not willing to replace the part or pay for it to be ordered, but instead told us that we needed to go and buy the part they broke, and fix it, ourselves, then bring them the receipt, and reimburse us for the part. Here's the thing though, that's making US do the manual labor of their mistake, not even mentioning the cost of gas between home/work and their location. The only conclusions I can draw from this experience is that the person responsible for breaking the wheel cover was inexperienced with no supervision, or they were under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol while on the job. Whatever the reason, this experience was unproffessional and crossed a line. We will not be returning to this location for any automotive services, only the reimbursement, and if necessary, legal due process. That was not the only problem, however. The details and paperwork of what work needed to be done and was done was mixed up with another customer, and took somewhere between a half hour and an hour to settle that alone. No one should be trusting these individuals with their vehicle for any reason. Either just do it yourself, or find someone who knows what they're doing, it isn't worth the money spent or the frustration of dealing with these people.

Got a brand new set of front tires and didnt even get balanced right. Go somewhere else if you can. This seems to be a common occurance with other people.
