I miss the days when auto parts store employees knew about automotive parts. Went for transmission filter and transmission fluid. The woman had no idea what type of fluid, or how many quarts I needed, even though she had a computer right in front of her she was no help at all.Very frustrating. I bought the filters and she did not add the sales to my account, simple task that any O'Reilly employee should know to do. Went into town and found another parts store to get the correct stuff.

The worst experience I have had at an auto parts store. The knowledge was severely lacking or they pretended to not know to get us to leave. My only hope is the the young guy (Lucas, maybe?) was new and that is why he was not listening. There was one other person working and was brushing off any help that was needed from the fellow employee.As much as I hate to say it, seriously, make the drive to Farmington. We had to take the battery to another store to make sure it matched because they refused to come outside and check for us as we needed reassurance due to their indecisiveness on which battery fit the model car.These evening employees are a joke.
