“Jim went well beyond any tow service (I haven't used many) I used. Usually it's hello, put vehicle on the truck, ride to destination, sign here, and they're gone. Jim made calls to repair shops and dealerships to help me get the tire replaced and me back on the road. Unfortunately, though we found a tire, no one was available to mount it. (shops are usually closed on Mondays). After unloading the cycle, Jim took me down the street to a hotel. Now that's the American service we all long for, but come up short, sometimes by a lot.”
