“I ordered flowers recently for a baby shower. One for the mother to be, and one for the grandmother to be. I ordered online from Texas, and got a call the next morning saying the ones I ordered were actually out of season. The lady was so kind and helpful. She replaced both with beautiful choices which were similar. Both recipients we're pleased. Let me add that this was a spur of the moment last minute order, and she still came through for me. I will definitely be using Effie's again. What great service!”
