The mail lady on our route won’t deliver our packages. It’s been a major inconvenience and I am tired of having to go out of my way just to pick up my packages. I live on the outskirts of town and have to drive 10 minutes to get mail.

Will not deliver my mail even though I have a mailbox, even refused to deliver packages all of my neighbors get their mail definitely something personal

I have had multiple packages lost or misplaced,been I reported to the supervisor things got worse. Now every time I get a package or large envelope I have to pick it up on person. I've mailed myself letters and do not get them for two weeks or longer. I go almost two weeks without getting any mail in my PO box... Donna is the worst.

I went to pickup a package and was told I couldn't because they didn't want to go search for it. When I stated, your the Post office that's what you do handling packages. She told me sorry I would have to wait till it was delivered to my house. I wouldn't have minded if it wasn't something I needed immediately but it was that's why I had been tracking it.
