“I take an obscene amount of medication. When I picked up my medication the last time half of my medication was in the wrong type bottle with the lids that I cannot open. I picked them up to the drive-thru, so I gathered at the ones I could not open and got out of the vehicle and took them inside. Are there several times at my medication not be put in the stop bottles due to me not being able to open them. The pharmacist / owner Shannon is the one who filled my medication this time and she came and asked me what was wrong and I explained to her that I could not open the bottle, and it should be noted in my account what bottles to put my medication in. She then said oh yeah I forgot with the AHA moments. And then she explained that it didn't matter where she put it in the notations on my account it doesn't Flash and show that in any kind of bold or big fonts when anyone pulls my account up. I was disappointed but I jokingly said I was going to make a flashing neon sign to put up in the back for the all the pharmacist and she just laughed. But she took my medications and put them in the appropriate bottles and we were having a conversation and I mentioned something about there being a run on distilled water at Dollar General because they had none as in 0 and I needed some for a nasal rinse my ENT surgeon had prescribed. She asked if I had a bottle because she has a like faucet that just has distilled water in it for some stuff that she has to make and she would just give me some. I went to the vehicle found an empty water bottle and brought it back in and she graciously procured me this golden bottle actually it's clear don't freak out of distilled water so I can have the right stuff for nasal rinse. To make a long story long LOL Shannon and all of the staff go above and beyond to make sure their customers are well taken care of, and all of their needs are met and all of their meds are done correctly. If you're looking for a HomeTown personal feel for a pharmacy this is where you'll get it. Each pharmacist that works there will take the time and answer any questions that you have and work with your doctor if there is something your insurance will not cover by chance. I know it happens to me all of the time, I hate insurance companies they're going to end up killing somebody one of these days. But at least I know that my Pharmacy has my back.”
