Arvest Bank is noted as an amazing bank with an amazing branch. The staff are an amazing, super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and sweet bunch. They genuinely care, take the time to ensure customers are happy, and provide a great banking experience. They greet customers, explain things well, and find solutions to any issues. Staff members go out of their way to make processes easy from beginning to end, making customers happy to do business there.
The staff was super helpful and they drive thru has real tall windows for us guys with big trucks.

I have always loved Arvest. But thinfs have changed where I had to go back not 1x but 2x for a check to cash written to me. And I have a business acct thete. Been there for years and they would only cash a 800 check and give me 400. Weird
