When going to the store today, I wanted to ask an employee something and when I see the employee dude. He knowledge me and went by past me when I nicely ask him a question he fully ignore me to avoid talking to me. After experiencing rude employee, I went to the check out with an older cashier lady. She participated in conversation with the people before me and once it was my turn for check out, went complete mute and only told me how much I owed and that's all. These two experiences alone, I would've just ignored but combined... they let me know how bad of a management this place runs.

I went in on a Sunday morning at 10 ish am. When I finished my shopping and went to check out.There was one lone cashier. There was something wrong and they were calling For somebody in management. After standing in line for twenty minutes Which seemed like an eternity and by now the Line has backed up to a total of 13 Customers standing in line, I walked away from my cart. I made it a point to tell the Young girl cashier that this was not her fault and I was not upset with her but she needed to tell management that they were dropping the ball this morning. I left and drove one block to Walmart, got everything I needed In a timely manner. Really do not want to go back. There is two much demand for the public's money, PR is important. I want to add that I have never walked out of a store or posted a bad review before.

I purchased some onions which were in 2 different spots in the produce department and marked .98# in both spots. They rung up at $1.48#. I didn't notice this until I got home. The next time I was in the store I went to Customer Service for a refund of my $5.00 overcharge, and they refused to do so, even though I had my receipt. They were very rude and condescending and they've now lost a customer. The customer service there is horrible. There are some good deals but lately, many prices here are higher than at Walmart and Aldi...I'm done with them.

I'm probably not really saving much money here for the most part compared to other groceries in the area. The place could use some cosmetic work but overall it's a large store with lots of options.

It's an OK place but I have some issues. Whoever stocks cheese is doing a bad job because I swear I'm finding months old expired cheese every time I go there 🙄 also where all the cashiers at? There is only ever 1 or 2 at a time and lines can be long on some days. They really need to hire more people.

I paid extra 10% plus $34.04 I don't understand if we have to pay the employees or what? That it should not be because it is not the client's responsibility to pay the employees, I understand that it is enough with so many taxes.
