Patty helped me get set up with a unit perfect for my needs. She was fun and easy to work with, and by looking at the other reviews the rest of the staff sounds great.
The facility looks safe and easy to navigate as well as easy to get locate. The grounds and units are clean too!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent storage space transfer. I was required to pay for both the new space and the entire month of the old space. Furthermore, I was not credited for the three weeks my previous space was locked due to a late payment. Despite providing notice of the transfer, I was charged for the full month of the old space and the new space. I request a refund to rectify this situation.

I would give a zero if I could. They have all kinds of extra charges that other storage units do not. They do not explain the rules up front. The expect you to read a contract that you probably won't understand and will talk a long time to read, so make sure if you rent from them that you read the whole contract don't miss a word. You need 30 days written notice to vacate which they do not tell you. Most are whenever, just finish paying the month. No extra time included. I guess she was to busy holding her daughter to provide proper service to me. Also, the $1 first month will cost you $44. Admin fees. This place is expensive and not very upfront.
