Convenient, clean and protected. All you want from a Storage facility. On-site personal are helpful and always available when needed. So far we've been very pleased!

We have had our stuff here for over 10 years. We pay over 100 bucks a month and they are increasing the rates again....When I went to clean the unit yesterday, I discovered that it had a water leak (the manager came by and told me to let him know if we had damage, indicating they knew there was a leak)In addition to the direct water damage to our stuff, the boxes all collapsed in the dampness and fell into the floor, shattering all of the breakable objects, and leaving everything else exposed to the water coming from above as well as below.As if those things aren't enough, there was also an enormous amount of damage from rats.Furniture, keepsakes, mementos, my husband's Navy uniforms and awards from a 20 year career, my Grandmother and Mother's China hutches, pictures and things that can never be replaced are now completely destroyed.The icing in the cake was the manager who had zero empathy. He said "Yeah, mine leaked too, we are getting bids on a new roof" and "we offer renters insurance to new renters for $9/mo"The fact we have been there 10 years and were never offered that insurance was a slap in the face. The fact the manager didn't even say he was sorry speaks volumes to what they think about their customer belongings!So, A&K storage knew the unit was leaking and still took our $140 every month. They never informed us, and they don't even care that our stuff was destroyed by their negligence.DIRTY BUSINESS.

We hit something on the road and ruined two tires. The man who owns or runs this place was very concerned for us. He let us leave our roadtrek on the premises until my son could return the next morning with a new tire. If I had anything to store I would highly recommend this place. It is very secure and the management lives on the premises and is alert to what is happening in the area.
