Skip it. Very nice staff but hotel is not up to par. Bathroom is poorly lit. Highway noise is audible from the rooms. Heater is loud and kept us awake.

Immediately upon entering the hotel, it felt like the best place to continue the party and enjoy a nightcap! All the guests were either playing pool, enjoying a drink at the bar, or unapologetically chillin' in the lounge areas. It was something else! The best part is that none of the sounds bleed into the guest rooms. Their rooms were nice, clean, quiet. Surprisingly, the tile, desk, and counters show minor wear and tear, but the bed was comfy and supplied a whole night's sleep. The outlet situation/placement could be better, but that's the case in most hotels. I thoroughly relished the vibe this hotel gave off. I wish I could have joined in! There is something about vibrant surroundings that makes me feel right at home!

ATTENTION !! do NOT stay here unless you feel like getting punked !! We booked our room for 2 queens but when we arrived, we had received a king because of emergency meetings; we had been bumped from our room and was told our bed styles were not guaranteed. They brought us air mattresses to sleep on that had holes in them and didn’t stay inflated. When we got switched to a different room this morning, the beds were not made, towels were not replaced, and it smells like mold. When we asked for blankets to make our own beds, they gave us a mattress topper as pictured. Both times we have tried to speak with management, there “has not been any on duty”. Management has refused to speak with us, we are not being given any sort of refund, no customer service. Would NOT recommend to ANYONE !!!

Convenient location. Rooms need a refresh and better cleaning and servicing of the rooms. Not bad if you’re just spending one or two nights, but would not stay here much more than that. Very bare minimum but appreciated how clean it was!

Stayed here once and it was awesome. Came back for a second stay because the first stay was so great. I booked using Marriott points for two nights. Upon walking into our room we immediately smelled mildew. We thought maybe it just needed some air movement and turned the air down and left to go out for the evening. When we got back we got into bed and started watching a movie. We were both so distracted by the smell that we got up and started looking around. Found tons of mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. My husband went down to the front desk and asked to be moved. They moved us to a second room. We walked in and didn't notice a smell, so that was good. I got in bed as it was late. My husband inspected the room and found more mold. We decided it was too late to be able to do anything else so we just went to bed. We woke up and checked out a day early. When we checked out, we weren't asked how our stay was or why we were leaving early. I reported the concern to Marriot's main page and emailed the hotel directly. The hotel apologized but refused to give us our points back for the night we didn't stay. So they put us in not one but two rooms with active mold growth and then refused to give us points back. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Awful room experience and an even worse experience with Morgan the hotel manager. The attached photos are of the second room - which was less growth than the first room. I have been a loyal customer of Marriot and have never had anything like this happen. I am not asking for a refund of points for the night we stayed (even though I feel like I could since we were put into two rooms with mold) I just want the points back for the night we didn't stay. Disappointed.

I had a very pleasant stay last night. I stayed in a room with a King sized bed. The bed was clean, very comfortable and had cozy pillows. I had a VERY good night's rest! All the pillows were lovely. Breakfast wasn't included with my room. I believe you can get it as an option. Hotel staff was great! I had two very friendly interactions with staff during my stay. Both young ladies were personable and provided recommendations that later turned out to be helpful. If the hotel wasn't so booked up for this evening, I would've booked another night with them. I loved the high powered rain head in my room's shower. I had a lovely shower before checking out this morning. I also loved the sink basin. It's the bowl type rather than the sunken basin that you commonly see in hotels. I didn't see a microwave in my room so heads up if you like heating food or beverages up in your hotel room. I would definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in the area. I recommend considering Aloft for a good night's rest in Bentonville. They also have a nice bar area with classic pool table nearby. One more minor detail that I enjoyed about Aloft is that they offer smaller carts for transporting luggage from car to room rather than the bulkier ones hotels offer. I liked their carts for ease of steering and transporting luggage. Be aware that they have brakes! Don't forget to squeeze the levers to release the brakes when going forward.Enjoy your stay and enjoy Bentonville! This is a beautiful part of the country! Hope your stay will be as memorable as mine was.

We wanted to stay at this particular hotel as we don't normally go for the modern/minimalist venues.I don't recommend it if you're accustomed to selecting a full suite with a wide range of amenities, such as continental breakfast, a pool, full staff/concierge, etc.Our TV didn't work, the phone didn't work (dialing to the front desk wasn't even an option).We usually bring our own libations when we travel (to help save on costs); however, we were not prepared to pay for a small bag of ice. Why? Because there is no ice machine for the guests here. The "minimalist" concept was taken a little too far at Aloft.

During a work trip here, my colleague had a safety issue where it appeared someone entered her room while she was away. She requested someone to review video footage of the hallway, but only one person was on staff overnight, and that person did not have authorization to view any footage. She was assured she would receive a call in the morning after they checked the footage. The next day, she did not receive a call. When she asked the front desk, she was again informed that all managers left by 5pm and could not be contacted to view the footage. It is unacceptable for a hotel (that was fully booked every night we were here) to have one person on staff overnight and no overnight manager or, at the least, an on call manager to deal with evening/overnight safety issues. The woman at the front desk was apologetic and kind, but could not be helpful because of her lack of authorization. Upon calling Marriott, they provided a case number but could not resolve this in a timely manner. Do not stay here if you are a woman & want to feel safe.

Location is pretty decent but busy. Rooms are alright but the way the shower is designed it leaks all over the floor. Beds are extra soft if that is your preference. Breakfast is never available on

I booked two rooms for a guided fishing trip in the area. My trip was canceled due to forecasted rain and severe thunderstorms. The guide canceled 8 hours after we passed the cancelation window. Thinking the hotel would be reasonable, I contacted the manager. I told her we would like to cancel and reschedule our trip, so they would still get the business. Not only did she refuse to refund the rooms, she immediately closed out the tabs and charged my credit card on file. This was with almost 48 hours notice! I also tried Marriott corporate but they just had the same person call me back. I would expect better customer service from such a reputable brand. Don’t expect my business anytime soon.

Tried to cancel reservation if we didn’t call prior to 9pm after sending an email at 8pm with this notification. Our late arrival was input into the Marriott app. Will be reporting to Marriott and judging by the reviews - this is a very common practice for them. Book with another hotel in town.

Hotel canceled my reservation that I'd had for two weeks the day before my arrival. Just an email to alert me. No solution or alternative. When I tried to work something out they said it's already been done and nothing is going to change. Hotel was rude uncooperative and unprofessional. Only solution Marriott offered was to put me in another hotel four miles away for an additional $100 per night. They wouldn't honor the rate I'd originally booked at.

RUN! Do not stay at this hotel. Upon checking it they told me they had changed my reservation from a king room to 2 queens because they had rooms "go out of service." Not the end of the world, but not what I booked. Then they had a huge party in their lobby with insanely loud music from a DJ going on past midnight. After getting no help calling the front desk I had to get out of bed and go downstairs, only to be treated horribly by the "manager" who was bartending. I have video footage of him telling me he would comp my room, and instead they charged me twice. When I called about the double charges, the person confirmed the accident and said to call my bank. My bank said it would take 90 days to dispute and to just get a refund from the hotel. When I called the hotel back they then started saying they didn't actually charge me twice. This has been the biggest nightmare and I will never stay at any Aloft hotel ever again.
