Would give 0 stars if I could. Will never shop here again. I placed an order for 3 sunglasses totaling $42.08 and wanted to return all of them after receiving my order. I was refunded a day later and then immediately charged again meaning I never got my refund and paid for product I did not have. American Eagle is refusing to give my money back to me.

Bought a pair of jeans there and they ripped. They didn’t offer to replace them just gave us a 10% off the next pair we bought. We bought the same pair thinking it was a one time issue but no. 4 times later they tore in the exact same spot. When we went to ask to trade it because it’s happened so many times, the manager told us their jeans weren’t meant for work. While I understand they couldn’t give us a refund or a trade, saying jeans weren’t meant for work is dumb. We will not be shopping there again.

Decent men's selection and great staff. One employee who was managing the dressing rooms was very nice and on top of things, and the other was happy to help with a price check.

Cody was an amazing help whenever I needed to exchange some jeans and try on some different pairs. He went above and beyond to help me find the right pair, style, and size I was looking for. If he's not management then I'm not sure why not, because he really knew the store and was very professional.

I like that it is a very inclusive store. There are all sizes. The prices are good, the clothes are nice and the service is very good.

Beautiful store with nice options for both men and women. Prices are reasonable only made better with sales and clearance racks.Good selection of sizes and the clothing always looks great.The staff is friendly, helpful and always available.

Most of the staff were friendly. There was a cashier they were short, dainty, bernett hair, that was really rude. I went in there with my boyfriend and his mom, and we spent a hefty amount on new jeans and did not receive a thank you. She acted annoyed when we walked up to the counter. On the other hand, I was having issues finding my size in a pair of jeans, and a different associate was nice enough to offer help. She went to the back and got my exact size, I did not even have to ask. She did well.

there was an employee named Daizy Mendoza she was being so rude and being disrespectful to me she wouldn’t help me finds a clothes she was extremely standoffish, and dismissive of my questions. My last straw was when I had asked her to check for a shirt in a different size in the back, and she left but never came back. I think this is EXTREMELY unprofessional, and she should be either reprimanded by the managers, or given a stern talking to.
