I Made a cash deposit to the ATM between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on April 14. The receipt showed the deposit of $100.00 with the updated balance of $255.xx. However, after 15 to 30 minutes, the deposit didn't show up online. I went back to the ATM and checked my balance, and it showed the old available balance of $155.xx. I filed a dispute and was just told that the provisional credit that was given will be taken back. When I spoke to the branch and filed a dispute after this happened on April 14, the Arvest branch staff at Dixieland and Walnut told me that the ATM had just gone through some software updates and they were still working out the glitches.I'm in the process of switching banks due to Arvest's act of theft. AVOID ARVEST BANK AT ALL COSTS! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!AVOID ARVEST BANK AT ALL COSTS! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I got scammed 2 weeks ago. I went to the bank and Lesly suggested to do a close-reopen account. Which I did, but she didn’t do a great job. Now every time someone sends money through Zelle it goes to the old account. I’ve been calling the bank and every time I call they tell me it’s fixed. That same day my bf sent money for our rent and it went to the wrong account and my job did a deposit and it also went to the old account. I don’t suggest this bank!

This bank is clean, but the staff doesn’t seem especially interested in communicating with the public (I was inside the back, not drive thru).There was a bit of a line, with only 1 available teller, and nobody offered any assistance or reassurance that we would be helped soon. They didn’t even acknowledge we were there.Other Arvest banks are definitely more customer service oriented.

The slowest Arvest bank in Rogers! Waited 45 minutes to just get to the window, and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Customer service isn’t the greatest either.
