I came in to this branch closest to my home to deposit a check and ask a question, the woman working named Emily Rojo made my day with such professionalism and caring even. She’s the kind who’s a GEM to any business, a keeper.

Counted money 6-7 times. Teller called after close to tell me her drawer was short so she just decided to take money out of my account.I suppose she doesn't do the one thing tellers are hired to do.... count money.Since she failed to inform me during business hours, I now have to wait 2 days to file a complaint and police report. Then wait 2-4 weeks to get the money back.It was physically impossible that it was miss counted. And the amount she quoted was missing was also physically impossible as I didn't give them that denomination of bills.

Top notch service. Ethan set up my account and was awesome. I screwed up my business account with the wrong info by accident. The Branch Manager dropped what he was doing, figured it out, and set me back up with Ethan, who is obviously well versed in this business. Thanks for fixing my mistake with smiles!

I have never been to the Arvest on Pleasant Crossing in Rogers, AR. But I went to Cash my mom's check for her and of that money I needed 57 one dollar bills. I told him more than once. He was on the phone at first. Then he gave me something to sign that only had $57 written on it. I reiterated that I wanted 57 one dollar bills of the money from the check. The check was for $216.67 and he gave me back $273.67. Since my mother wasn't with me he deposited the check into my account and then gave it all back to me. Or so he said... Dummie! He gave me the amount of the check PLUS $57 more dollars out of my accountâ€¼ï¸ If he hadn't been on the phone in the beginning, he might have understood. But then I explained again, and he still didn't get it right. Good thing we're not poor. Fifty-seven dollars could be a lot of money for someone. And I was thinking, now I should go deposit $57 back into my account. Then I see there is not 57 one dollar bills. And I even explained to him that the reason for the dollar bills is because my mother gives us one dollar for every Birthday. So my brother is turning 57 years old. Why in the heck didn't he give me 57 one dollar bills?! How hard is that to understand, especially after I explained the reason for all the one dollars. Now I REALLY have to go to the bank. I might not have gone for the $57 taken out of my account. But now I have to make another trip. God grief! The only reason I stopped at that Arvest is because I was at a nearby store.. His station # is DT01 His teller # is 0335 Tell him to listen to the customers‼ï¸

Arvest has fantastic service, locations everywhere, is 21st-century ready (i.e. has an app, online check cashing, and multiple internet functions), and even gives out popcorn to customers on Fridays! I have yet to see a bank even come close to the service I have enjoyed at Arvest!

Nice and friendly staff. Free popcorn and newspaper while you wait. Never too busy unless it's Friday rush.

Bank anywhere but Arvest!!! My wife was charged $34 in overdraft fees. We are typically the ones to own our mistakes and move forward, but this charge went through after 8pm and our transfer of funds went through the next morning! Talk about a non-customer friendly business model! Take their money immediately and confirm the customer's funds 12 hours later!? And when we went to the bank to explain the discrepancy, my wife was yelled at for being wrong and not having sufficient funds - WHEN SHE HAS ANOTHER CHECKING ACCOUNT AT THE SAME BANK THAT WE WERE TRANSFERRING MONEY FROM!!! Personally, I bank at Iberia Bank and even when I have made mistakes, they wiped a non-sufficient fund charge because I have been banking there for over a decade. Goodbye Arvest! My wife is taking her business of 10 years elsewhere because your people cannot think for themselves and do what's right by the customer - they are selfish, brainless, rude, and losing OUR business as well as everyone that listens to us about where to bank!

Arvest is a good bank. We have several accounts and our mortgage has been through Arvest twice. They have very helpful employees that are good at their job. However, their system of reaching a specific bank and a specific employee is really bad. You are sent to a central answering location and have to wait a long time. I would suggest you get a receptionist at each bank and allow the bank to handle their own calls. It is a personal touch that relates to the hometown feel. It is extremely anoying and time consuming. Please change it!
