No loyalty. I banked with Arvest for 20 years before having multiple fraudulent activities on my account. Instead of working through it with me, they would not allow me to bank with them anymore.

What's nice about this branch is there's a Arvest Bank everywhere which is nice. I've been banking here for a while and I always get friendly service.

Horrible. I had my debit card reprinted here a few months ago. The Arvest guy kept my original card and said I could pick up my card later. So I left and went back to work. When I came back to pick it up, they told me it was gone. They couldn’t find it. No original card and not even the reprinted one. The manager had to open the doors for me before their normal opening time and reprint me a new card. Now I am having issues with my new card. Getting declined over and over. Turns out the card they lost they didn’t even make sure to close it out.

I have given more stars for the employees. However, I'm very disappointed with Arvest.I was got by that dang text scam and Jesus did a good job of helping me through the process or getting new information and I was able to get my money back relatively soon. During the time my checking was shut down/unavailable I was having to use my Arvest CC, at the same time my Arvest login information was inaccessible leaving me unable to make any kind of transfers or payments. Arvest then proceeds to lock up my CC for being used with out making a payment past a certain amount - keep in mind I was unable to get into my account to pay anything due to my account being locked out. I had requested a new CC and that had been put in motion but not ordered. I'm currently traveling and would prefer to use my CC for certain things but it has been cancelled. I called Arvest to discuss this/find an alternative option and Arvest basically said well you're SOL but we can finally send your new CC to your residence on file (1,600 miles away) or overnight it to me for $50.A little ridiculous the entirety of this process and it just doesn't seem efficient or right that they leave the user hanging so much here. I'm upset that after the past 12 years, I will be looking into switching banks.The only reason for not giving a 1-star review was that I fear it would reflect poorly on the individuals working here.Marion and Kourtney were extremely friendly and helpful. Jesus was fast and knowledgeable with the process for filing disputes and getting my info switched up. It's not the employees, it's the system.

Very unprofessional staff and not a friendly bank. I had a very bad experience last September with lack of knowledge. Yesterday I went in and the staff was unfriendly and doesn’t seem to respect the customer

Mayra was so efficient and an amazing worker for arvest !! She was very knowledgeable and explained everything that i needed help with. Will definitely be going back to her!

We went inside after waiting forever in the lines to have my husband added to the savings account back in October. We filled out paperwork, and then he was never added. The staff was nice and gave us a free Dr. Pepper, but they didn't follow through with the purpose of our visit. I can't give them a good rating for this. I just found out he was never added.

Within the last 6 months, Arvest Bank opened a second card on my account to a stranger, because they didn’t bother to check that customers ID when they came in for a new card. Customer made chargers and Arvest said my ONLY option was to open a police report because there was NO WAY they could have made a mistake. Opened the report, had to use a PTO day, just to realize they’re being lazy with people’s money… (the officer handling my case said he was personally closing his account because that wasn’t the first time Arvest told someone to open a report due to their lazy error). Months later, they put my cash deposit in the account of the person in front of me in the drive thru line, wouldn’t have caught it if I weren’t actively checking my app. Today made a deposit they didn’t post so I’m praying the money isn’t in someone else’s account yet AGAIN. They miscounted a withdrawal my brother made, told my dad he couldn’t withdraw the amount of cash he wanted, promised to send me a letter to ease my mind about all of these errors, never did. I cannot visit this branch on one simple occasion without an error on their end. Perhaps me being a young girl rather than a wealthy executive means I’m not deserving of answers or accuracy from my own bank.

The location is good and the staff adequate, but whomever chose the type of drive through machines had obviously not used them! They are impossible, require leaning out of your vehicle to press cards against a glass reader (I have not done so without dropping it), placing cash and checks in slots, and is generally unworkable. If I must, I'll just use the commercial lane to use the drawer.

Most Arvest locations are fantastic. This one has ATMs on all but the business lane. While you can talk to a live teller through the ATM, one thing you can't do is a cash advance. As someone who has to cash advance off a pay card, this is a problem. When I go through drive thru, I'm looking for quick service. But since the business lane is backed up, a quick trip is out of the question.If you need a quick withdrawal, this one is fine. Mortgage questions, great! Don't come here if you need to do a fast cash advance or something similar. Find another Arvest branch.
