I was in this store for the first time today and although I'm an avid lover of At Home i highly doubt i will be back. I shopped on the 50% isle which was an absolute hot mess. Things were ripped out of packageing some had 50% tags on them some did not. I picked out 4 items ( being a brain tumor patient on ssi im on a tight budget). I purchesed 2 decor pillows, some jelly beans for my son, and a white furry throw ( the absolute only one to be found I did due dilligence as there wasnt a 50% off sticker on it when i found it and looked on the throw isle it was litterally the only one). When i went to check out i was tagged teamed by three rude employees who informed me the regaurdless of where it was they would not be honoring the 50% off because of the lack of the sticker. I told them i did my due dilligence and that there is quite a few items back there without the 50% off stickers on them. The proceeded to blame it on their customers. I disapointedly/ politely had them remove the throw off of my order. That wasn't the only instance while there. The level of customer service is sorely lacking in this store. I am highly disapointed. And the look i recieved when purchasing 2 Mrs pillows.. . Like my money isn't good enough. Get over yourselves!!!

I love this store. Very affordable prices. Best prices on patio cushions. They have fun, affordable furniture. My favorite thing is that they have GREAT prices on area rugs and SO many options!
You can find just about anything for your home and lawn in this store. And it's affordable!!

I like your store very much but there is a cashier I have dealt with several time that makes me think twice about shopping there. I don’t know his name but he is very persistent to the point of making me very uncomfortable about insisting I sign up for the store rewards program and credit card. Today I had to decline 3 TIMES before he would ring me up. When I declined the third time he did the tsk tsk tsk noise. Absolutely uncalled for as he was being rude *and* holding up the line. I may complain to the corporate office as it wasn’t just once, it’s *every time* I end up at his register.

TL;DR long wait at curbside, bad customer service, low quality products, cheap prices. Checked in and waited over 30 min for a curbside order. Finally called the store, and the associate said she’d be right out. Then, waited another 20 min for her to deliver my items. If I order from here again, I will just pick up my items inside the store. The products were low quality and many had parts chipped off. However, they were cheap, so this isn’t unexpected.

I go to this store pretty often and the store itself is great, but I've had multiple uncomfortable situations trying to check out. I don't know his name, but the man running the register fairly often is EXTREMELY aggressive about pushing the store rewards program. I don't know if he gets a bonus or something based on how many people he signs up, but every visit he is overly persistent and this morning was probably the worst I've experienced.
He was holding up the family in front of us in the same way, I heard the gentleman in front of us eventually say "No, I JUST want to pay for this and leave." When it was my turn, I politely said no thank you to signing up THREE separate times and he still continued to push, refusing to push the screen to the payment prompt. He pushed the rewards program again and my husband stated that I already said multiple times that I was not interested, please let us pay because we would like to leave. The cashier had an immediate attitude and replied back that my husband could not leave until I finished, to which my husband replied that I could not finish because he would not let me pay. The cashier replied "That's the good part, I'm the one that gets to control the pace of this." I tried to remain polite for the rest of the transaction, but this was awful.
If this was a one off interaction, I would write it off as a bad day, but EVERY time I have this employee as a cashier he holds up the line trying to push rewards on every person. I have zero issues with the store itself, the selection is nice and prices aren't bad, but this individual really makes me want to avoid this store.

Signs are very misleading! I bought to outdoor ottomans thinking one would be 50% off. The cashier informed me that the sign says cushions and pillows. She also said that this happens a lot. I told her to call the manager but when I saw the line was getting longer I didn’t want to wait for a manager

While we love the store, my eife had to return some items. The young man cashier screwed up the refunds and then argued with my wife about it. Turned out she was right, but has to return now to get the refund corrected. That's a 25 mile round trip. The store seems to be short of help...but that's just my opinion.
