I went in to get some yoga pants. Not one person greeted me, acknowledged my presence or asked if I needed help. They weren’t busy! I walked out without one person saying a word to me. Gave one star because at least the store is stocked and well organized, they just need to work on customer service!

Will you be open today, 6/2? The store was closed yesterday (Thursday, 6/3) afternoon - and maybe all day, who knows - with just a note taped to the door saying temporarily closed. When are you planning to reopen?

Entering the store, there was an early access sale sign indicating up to 25% off for members. While I was shopping, a new employee (she said she'd been there one day) told me that the entire store was 20% off for members. Thinking that was a great deal, I gathered up my items.As I completed the transaction, the cashier said, "Oh, you're ONLY a core member, so you don't get the discount but you have $7 in rewards." She then said I'd be "eligible" for the discount "next week". I was obviously confused and that seemed to irritate her. She said that if I "want to save money" I could apply for a credit card. I declined the merchandise, rewards, and credit card.I walked over to Lululemon, and although I paid more, I got great service and long lasting merchandise - without an attitude.Who doesn't like to save money??!!?? A person shouldn't be condescending if their goal is to promote their goods/services. I didn't go there expecting a sale, discount, or any other monetary advantage - I did go there expecting good customer service. I also went there to feel good about purchasing things, not ridiculed at checkout for only being at a certain level of membership.With recent interest rate hikes and a future of inflation, those of us in the customer service industry (I provide customer service in my employment) would be well served to remember our employment is contingent on happy clients/customers. This was by far the most disappointing interaction I've had at an Athleta.Be KIND - it's FREE.||

I'm new to NWA. I'm used to having a multitude of Athleta store to choose from. Entering the store, I saw a sign outside indicating that members got an early sale discount of up to 25%. While I was shopping, a new employee (she told me she had only been there 1 day, so she couldn't help cashier yet) told me that the promotion in the store was 20% off. I thought that was a good deal, so I gathered up what I came for and headed for the register. As I checked out, the lady said (and I quote), "Oh, you're ONLY a core member, so you don't get the discount, but you have $7 in rewards you can use". I was taken aback by her attitude, so I balked. She was obviously irritated and said, "You could save the money if you applied for a credit card". Um, no. The whole miscommunication about a store discount of 20% (that I hadn't planned on anyway) coupled with the attitude put me entirely off. I ended up politely declining all of it. I walked down the row to Lululemon, got great customer service, got what I needed, and didn't mind paying for it. I love my new hometown, but honestly some people need to be aware of how they sound and how they make other people feel. Inflation is a thing, and we're all needing every cent we work for. Be NICE!!!!!!!

Hi,I had a very nice time at the store until I heard the manager, verbally attacking another employee during my visit and continued to answer any question I had in a rude way after yelling at his employee. His attitude was not professional towards me, other customers, and his employees and made me very uncomfortable to the point where I had to leave the store. Do better- that’s not a way to run a successful business. Thank you.

I had such a good experience at this location. I specifically want to shout out Kristen!! I wanted to try on a certain pair of shorts and they only had one pair of my size and it was amongst boxes they had to dig through and they took the time to make it a priority to find my size & my girl Kristen made it happen ♥️ Will be coming back.

I walked in happy and excited to find a cute tennis skort that I saw online. No one even looked at me. No, "hi, welcome to the store, can I help you find anything?" So I almost left at that point. I was made to feel like I didn't belong immediately. So I wandered around and passed several people who worked there and still not a word. I eventually found what I was looking for but could not find my size. I picked out a skirt, lifted it up off the rack and looked around and tried to make eye contact with an employee but no one even looked at me. Very disappointing on my first ever visit to Athleta. Hopefully a manager gets back to me on this matter.

My daughter is 13 and struggling with finding swimwear. She doesn't want to look like a little kid, but she also doesn't want to look like she's trying to be 25! Athleta had great suits that were modest but cute and she looks her age. The girls working were very helpful.

I love shopping here. The staff is always attentive, friendly and helpful. The store is clean and the clothing is always well organized and easy to find my size. You may pay more for the brand, but personally, I feel the quality is there to support the price. I'll continue shopping here.

The cashier felt the need to comment on my wife’s size. The store seems to advertise an attitude of inclusiveness but that is not the case.
