I worked with George and he lied about an iPhone coming with a free Apple watch. I said I didn’t need the Apple Watch because I already had one and asked if I could get a credit instead. He said no, it just comes with an Apple Watch. I took the Apple Watch and, thinking I was being charitable, donated it to an angel tree. A few days later when my bill posted, I realized that he had charged me for a new watch line. He had not mentioned anything about adding a line, and he did not go over my charges with me before the end of the transaction. The Apple Watch line would’ve committed me to 36 months of payments, which would’ve ended up being more expensive than a brand new Apple Watch in the first place. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to rectify this situation. In the end, they told me to avoid this location and stick with corporate locations. Go anywhere else but here.

Went in to get a phone line and I had to wait a few minutes for help. As I walked inside I was greeted. And the person that greeted me was with an customer. Very professional person.

Our sales person was horrible. Zero people skills. Didn't listen. Locked my phone out for 24 hours. Wasn't patient. He should not be a sales associate without serious remedial retraining, or not at all. One of the worst experiences of my life. I drove to another store today for help.

Came in and had the best experience. Customer service rep was very helpful and transparent. Answered every question I had and I walked feeling like I was actually helped. 10/10 !
