Ordered online for pickup of phone @5 am. Email sent saying wait until you receive a email to pick up phone. Come to 3:30ish no email or text.. Called to find out order status. It still had not been processed. Was told it would be ready in 30 mins, I would get a email. 5:00pm still be nothing headed up to store and what do you know still had not be processed. I waited patiently as the guy proceeded it. What’s the point of process a online order if it never gets filled and customer never gets notified? Point of story don’t wait until you get email that might take a couple weeks. Just go to the store and hopefully they can get their stuff together if you are there in person.

Let's talk about Tyler for a minute. I only go to this store and it's no secret I hate spending any amount of time at an att store. I needed a new phone. Can you say 10 minutes start to finish. Transfered both my numbers got my info restoring from my back up made sure I was taken care of and as always walked me out and opened the store door. 10 minutes isn't so bad when the service rocks like this did. 10 minutes from walking in to walking out. That's an excellent day at att and excellent customer service. Tyler and Grant at this particular store are the two I really like having help me. Tyler knocked it out the park.

Aracely was bilingual and very knowledgeable. I had sooo many questions. She had so much patience and a positive attitude. If it's been a bad day... and nothings going right. She'll bring some peace to a techy situation.
Would love to highlight Sam as well. He helped me start the whole process. Walked me through it. Super simple and informative. Star helper !

The manager was upset I went to him for help with a bill that had been canceled but I was charged for anyway. He kicked me out and called the police vs helping. Don’t bother it’s a joke. I find it funny they only reply to positive comments.

The ATT store in Rogers, Arkansas (at the Pinnacle Promenade area) fantastic! Ethan was the associate that helped me and he was so kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. He is a great associate! You better try to keep him-I heard other people around me talking about how much he helped them and how kind and patient he was. They all came back in to see him. One customer even brought him chocolate chip cookies because he was so helpful the last time she was in the store.

They lied about the cost of my line when I signed up saying it’d be 10$ a month with a Walmart discount we have that allows this for us. We are on a LIMITED line, with 40 GB of service a month and we are being charged 500$- 383$ a month. When I went in they said the manager would call me on Sunday, Sunday came NO call, Wednesday came I finally reached out, they said again they’d call me back, still no call back that day. Finally I call again the next day and they say they are going to credit us money back for next months bill, next months bill has arrived, 0 money has been credited back, when into the damn store again, wasting my time again, the store manager “SAM” tries to justify a 383$ dollar bill to me even on a limited line, with just two lines mind you and only refunds me 35$ bucks. Still waiting on some kind of explanation that makes sense a month later.

Grant very pleasant to work with answer all our questions . Great service
