I came in to trade in and upgrade my phone. It was blacklisted.I got it from Asurion as a replacement for my old phone. I tried to get assistance from the Asst Manager & Manager. Neither helped the manager told just call in I had to do that. They do not know what they are doing!! Do not know procedures either. This mess started Nov I went to another store to get help. I even asked for Area Manager to call me left message with Asst Manager & never heard anything at allI have been a customer for over ten years. Don't get anything from this store beacuse frankly they have NO CLUE. The Asst Manager told me he didn't know what to do..Go somewhere else save yourself the hassle.

Joana was amazing! She took great care of us and explained everything perfectly. She reviewed all of our plan options and even helped us sign up for new internet service. No one wants to spend a Saturday afternoon dealing with phone issues, but she made this experience so pleasant!

Tyler E. was great. He answered all my questions and assured me of my worries. He was friendly, acknowledgeable and professional. Literally, was in and out in 15-20 minutes and that was him also helping another customer on the side. Side note, customer service survey I messed up so hopefully that doesn’t affect him. Definitely, recommend this AT&T.

Ismael was very knowledgeable and was able to provide answers to my questions right away. He was honest and did not need to consult with supervisor to provide answers. He knows his job and is aware of his customers timeframe. I appreciate his help ? he gets a 10 !!

My experience with AT&T stores has been checkered good and bad. This experience today at the Rogers, AR store with Justin helping me was the best I've ever had. He did do his spiel about adding services like home internet... which I can't blame him for as he is being paid to do just that. I respectfully declined (for now) and was able to add a line to our plan with no friction nor waiting around at all. Outstanding experience and has renewed my faith in staying with AT&T once again. When the holidays roll around, I will see what is being offered for home internet deals and may reconsider his offer. Until then, this was a great note to end on.

Arrived fully expecting: a long wait...parking lot was full; and an even longer, complicated process to complete my ask.Got help in less than 10min! and Aracely was the best agent ever. Her sweet, patient, helpful, knowledgeable attitude made this an A+++ visit. Will recommend

Employe was helpful but the claim service is in no way a pleasant or truthful system. I was given the option to have the new devise delivered and setup next day. I was notified the next day that I had to choose another option by text. Maybe I should look into other carriers who will honor their offers. I pay them over $400 per month and have for 10 plus years . I am sad to see that customers who have been loyal for years are nothing to ATT.
