After getting into a fender bender, talked to Matt here and he was awesome. Told me to swing by and he’d quote me quickly. He did, and it was a very fair quote. I will be using them for any auto body repairs I want done.

Very professional and even though I won't be doing business with them. Matt was extremely honest and really did not want to do the job for both my financial and result reason. Businesses these days do not do that, so it's extremely nice to see Matt and them truly caring for their customers and those who want to do business with them. Once again Matt thank you for the quote and being completely honest, truly appreciate it!

Absolutely happy with the service I received from Jose and his team. I was involved in a wreck and after calling many auto body shops in the area Auto Appearance Group was the first to ask if I was okay from my accident. From the get go they have been nothing but courteous and just treat you like family. The work they did was thorough and explained clearly to me. Seamless interaction and processing with my state farm insurance as well. Jose called to keep me updated with the work on my car and when parts were coming in and what stage they were at with it. I am incredibly impressed with the elite service they provide and the kindness I experienced from everyone I had the privilege of meeting at Auto Appearance Group. Thank you.

Truly exceptional service. First time we had an issue, they got us in within a day or two. This time, got callback immediately and they organized everything with their shop for it to be dropped off and even helped arrange towing with us on the line! Absolutely deserves the 5 stars. Quick turnaround for estimates and repairs. Gerber collisions was a week+ out with appointment only where these guys were able to immediately help.

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my vehicle to Auto Appearance Group for some much-needed TLC, and I must say, their service exceeded my expectations. The staff at Auto Appearance Group were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and confident in their ability to deliver exceptional results.
These guys truly went above and beyond. My car looked better than before! I somehow ended up with what looked like orange paint speckles splattered all over the front of my vehicle. It was impossible to get off but they worked tirelessly to make it happen. I am truly impressed. I also appreciated their ability to accommodate my schedule along with access to a loaner. Auto Appearance Group is the place to go. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

The quality of work and excellent customer service set Matt and crew at Appearance Automotive apart from anyone in Northwest Arkansas. Matt has built a company around culture and integrity. I had a fender bender type repair of my Dodge 2500. I dealt almost exclusively with Matt the owner. This repair was as near perfect for me the consumer as it could possibly be. Matt did exactly what he said he would do, did it in a timely manner, and performed flawless work at a reasonable and prearranged price. I will return should I ever need auto body repair again.
