We went in with a dead battery. At first everything was fine. They let us borrow tools and got the battery pulled. Then we became invisible. Multiple workers walked past us without speaking. They asked who needed help, we started talking and they helped someone else. Finally the driver, Vernon, came in and helped us. It all took about 30 minutes. 5 of which was pulling the battery. Also the store is pretty dirty.

Girl with blond hair and freckles was so unmotivated to help. I asked her a question about my horn and she completely dismissed me without even taking a look at my car. She just said it could be a multitude of problems and told me to go to a mechanic. However, I do know that AutoZone does help people with fuses. I just didn’t know how to articulate my request at the time, and she did not practice a good customer service to help me with my problem.

It can be a bit packed at times but the employees are always courteous and professional.
They usually dont have what i need in stock but theres always a store close by that has what i need.
Briana is a tremendous help, shes always eager to help me and is a bit more knowledgeable that i originally expected. Will recommend this place to anyone i know. Good job!

Do not recommend this place. The only 2 people that could actually help and solve my problems I was having with my truck were James and John. They went above and beyond showing and even explaining how to fix my issues and even recommend me a few mechanic shops in the area. The last two times I have been there the place is falling apart. There is a new female manager that works there that is absolutely no help at all. The first time I came in a few days ago she just pushed me off to another person because she was lazy then yelled at the guy while he was trying to help me. Just to go stand around on her phone doing nothing the whole time I was in the store. The second time I came in she was standing outside smoking a weed pen in the parking lot while the store was full of customers. I was standing in line when she came back in and I asked her to help me find out what oil filter I needed to get for my jeep and she told me she was busy. To wait for someone else to help me. Then she went to the end of the counter and stood there playing on her phone. I saw that James was working that day so I just waited and asked he personally could help me. I strongly do not recommend this place it’s not what it use to be. I will here on out take all my business to orilleys and tell people Autozone on 8th street is simply a joke of an establishment. Highly wish they would remove her from the store and give it to someone else.

Asked for help and usually no problem. This one time guy didn't want to help,wanted to talk on phone. Almost cost me a lot of money. Had to go to O'Reilly's. There they helped me .
