they have the worst hours the slowest people you can’t access anything via the ATM except for your balance and you can only pull cash out of your checking account. This is absolutely the most ridiculous bank I have ever been at. oh, and they say well we can help you if you come in. Well when the hell am I supposed to come in because you open 10 to 4 that’s absolutely stupid hours normal people work longer than that. I’m at work before they open and I’m Definitely work by the time they close oh, and not to mention, they only have two locations and only one is open on Saturday.

Walked in with no appointment. Immediately was greeted as I walked in. Then was assisted within 3 minutes being there by a Senior Banker by the initials L.E. She was great, helpful and friendly. 5 star from me.

Absolute trash. How come a bank that my tax dollars kept open can't afford to have someone answer the phone?m I've called five times during business hours!

The people who work here need to be fired I call 5 times today 3 time I was told to call and schedule a appointment 4th time I was hung up on 5th time I was told if I don't like the bank service go somewhere else all I was trying to do is verify 4 transaction that didn't show on the account

I had a scheduled appointment at this branch regarding account changes I wished to have done. I was politely greeted at the door. I met with Ms. Areli Rogel whom handled my matters on schedule and offered amazing customer service. I was also met by the branch manager who was equally welcoming and polite. I would and will visit this branch again for any banking needs.

Don't go to this branch. Even more, don't deal with BoA. Appointments are not required but you will wait an hour or more with one. Manager is rude. No one could be bothered to explain anything. And it wasn't this one time, it's been every time. I closed our last account and am very happy with our current bank.
