I had trouble with an online order on candle day. The system tripled my order and I ended up with 75 candles at my house. I immediately called after seeing the confirmation(s) the same day and asked the orders be cancelled. They were “cancelled” but they all still arrived and I was billed. The corporate customer service was rude saying I’d have to return them, actually hanging up the phone on me. With no other options I hauled them to the store during the busy holiday season. Stephanie at the Rogers location helped me process the difficult return and was very kind.

I arrived early for my pickup, and it was entirely my fault. Jennifer was incredibly kind and accommodating; she went out of her way to expedite my order so I wouldn’t have to wait. Her thoughtfulness was much appreciated. I wanted to send this email to the BBW website, but I couldn’t find an email address.

Just shopped this store for 1st time since moving from FL to NWA! Store is slightly stocked differently BUT employees were just as friendly as we are used to. Happy to have friendly knowledgeable employees to assist us in finding our usual purchases.
