This past week I brought my daughter’s car here to get her battery replaced. I was so amazed by the kindness I received by the two men who were working there. The battery was replaced in no time at all . I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Thank you so much for your great service!

Mitchell provided the best battery service I've ever received and I'm 66 years old. I will NOT purchase another battery anywhere else! I could not find another battery place or auto parts store to do what he did. He installed both my vehicle battery as well as my auxillary vehicle battery. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, technically proficient and more. I can't enough about how satisfied I am with this store. Thank you!!

This Batteries Plus failed to stand behind a $250 4month old battery I purchased for my car. Chris (owner) made the decision to say we can’t/don’t sell used batteries. The battery was not bad but simply would not re-charge in my car do to my many start stops. Chris said to sell it on fb market place. I had to buy yet another new battery. I even paid the additional core charge since I didn’t leave the 4 month old battery. I say this because I’ve owned three companies and always stood behind everything I ever sold. We at (Casteel Htg & Clg)installed a new heating and air conditioning system for a gentleman after which he told me he didn’t like it. I asked him why and he said because it’s too noisy and won’t cool properly. I then asked him what would you like me to do? he replied, replace it. So I replaced the entire system with a better more expensive system: afterwards he said now I’m happy which made me happy. Do you think that new larger more expensive heating and air-conditioning complete system cost a little more than $250 I would think so. I still own a business to this day and I always make sure that everyone that Purchases from me is satisfied (without an attitude) regardless. I have spent thousands of dollars with Batteries Plus over the years. Oh well.

Got in the car at Cracker Barrel, and our car wouldn't start. Looked up closest place to get a battery. Called and asked them if they delivered. ? Since we were right down the street, he came down to see if he could jump battery first. When that didn't work, he went back and brought new battery back and installed it. We followed him to store, paid and were on our way. Thanks again BWhalen! Definitely will be back for any other battery needs! A+ customer service.

I will not be doing business with Batteries Plus in the future. I bought a Duracell automotive battery two years ago from these folks and it came with a 3 year warranty. Now the battery is having a hard time starting my vehicle and if you leave it sit for more than two weeks it doesn't have enough power to turn the engine over. When the employees tested the battery with a load tester one employee remarked to the other one that the meter was faulty on the testing unit and he had to rig up a separate hand-held voltmeter to test it. When it was first tested one of employees reported it as being borderline then the other employee said he wanted to retest it and then he said it tested good but he would put it on their charger for several hours and test it again. When he tested it again he said the battery was good. All I know is that starting a month prior to this the battery was not performing like it did for the two years prior. I'm thinking to myself they are using a tester that the voltmeter is not functioning properly on and I'm wondering what else might not be functioning properly with that testing unit. Anyway long story short they refused to cover it under warranty. Batteries Plus is a franchisee company and I purchased this from one when I was out in the western U.S. I had the distinct feeling that I was being treated a bit differently because I had not purchased it from this particular location. I going and purchasing a new battery now and using this one as my core charge. I won't be purchasing it from Batteries Plus and I never will do business with them again.

I have to say, this was my first bad experience at a Batteries Plus ever. There were two guys working, one who seemed to know something and another who had been there 2 weeks. The cover on my battery uses a T10 torx. This guy kept saying we don't have that "Allen" wrench. I kept telling him it was a T10 and there were probably 5 on there bench. The guy who knew something sent him back in to look up the battery and after 10 minutes, the guy was completely lost...and finally says, you'll have to go to AutoZone. The guy who knew what he's doing came back in and found the battery in 1 min but started to hand me back off to the other guy...that's when I bailed. Yikes.
