New to town and found this place. Having had nothing but bad experiences at three different Mercedes dealerships, and the one here has a terrible reputation as well, so not going there. We were having several issues that could have been a number of things and very expensive. We were incredibly happy with the ease of after-hour drop-off, communication, knowledge, and honesty from Mike. His low cost suggestion fixed all the problems and we were also able to pay by phone and pick-up after hours. Thank you for a wonderful experience and so glad to have found a great new European auto mechanic.
