Fraud! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Bought a high end LG “television”. Had a bright blue light over half the screen and kept on rebooting so we couldn’t watch. Spent hours on the phone to be told - not best buy’s problem. Shop at amazon or walmart.

Purchased something that didn’t work 21 days ago. Packaged it up to take it back to the store. Cashier had no idea why the return wasn’t going through to call someone over to find out they only have a 15 day return policy. Really! Sounds like a I won’t worry about shopping at Best abut anymore. Amazon has a 30 return policy and better prices.

Always a great experience at this store. Employees are very knowledgeable from iPads to televisions. I’m especially thankful for Cris today who was able to use my total tech membership to attach an extended warranty on my laptop. Thank you cris!!

Like most best buys, they've bailed on the idea of multiple cashier's. Can be quick, can take awhile depending. Staff have always been polite though

Came in and put my name in to be helped with phones and was told there was no one ahead and the second someone was available we would be helped then proceeded to have two people who came in after be helped. Wound up waiting for 30 minutes just to be told they were out of stock. They Could have checked real quick when I entered since I told them what I wanted instead of wasting all of my time

I went to a Fayetteville Best Buy to buy an Nintendo O LED. What they told us was they had sold out of them and sent us to this Rogers one. Here they helped us ALOT because they said that they also sold out but then he said he would go check in the back. When he did check he found one last one! Very helpful service
