My family went in yesterday and was being followed around by 2 coworkers one old man and a woman. How ridiculous kept asking if they needed a cart and just followed them all around and made them feel uncomfortable so they left. Is this how you treat your customers!? There was no reason for this behavior. Disgusting!

Bass pro shops is one of those stores that any outdoors person can go to and find SOMETHING that they 'need'. . There's just so much good stuff there to find 🤓👍🏼

Harass Pro Shops. Come get it! Cabin special. Credit card. Club membership. You will not walk a step in the store without hearing about something management is pushing. It’s like they hired folks from a call center.

Customer service was great. There is so much to shop for from kids to women to men. Their aquarium area is so nice and big. We could walk around the store for hours. The bathrooms are so nice and clean

Loved that my pup was welcome in the store! It was a great experience to train him on greeting people and leaving people alone if they don't want to pet him. Of course he also got a new bag of training treats and a new toy.

We were just from the Santa photo at Pro Bass in Rogers, AR and had a bad experience.
It’s only Thursday and there are not very crowded but I felt so rushed. They said two minutes for a time slot on website but it’s just seem like few seconds to our family.
The terrible thing that Santa did not look straight up to the camera. He was turning on my baby. I also got the download photo package with $20 because I thought we had a great picture, but…
I am so so disappointed with the staff who took the photo.
Guys, please check everything look good before you pay for a package. This is my first time and because I trusted them a lot therefore I am very disappointed now.
