I am more than satisfied with Caliber Collision and their work on my car. Mr. John Martin was the one assigned to work on my car at the was very informative and kept me updated throughout the entire process, moreso than my insurance company who I didn't hear much from.

The repair job was fantastic looked very good,
But… nothing is ever perfect. After trying to get some answers on why the car key was taped back onto the key fob, when it was intact when dropped off. Than the car was dropped off running rough but could start and stay on! Once picked up the car would not start nor stay on, the guy who was explaining everything said that’s how he got it when he picked it up. All we wanted was answers on why it wasn’t starting anymore and they kept on telling up that’s how they got it, very sketchy people when they’re in the wrong but don’t want to admit. Had to pay the tow back home. So please all I ask is for your one guy to be more professional as he stated “ he’s been doing it for over 30yrs” but has no professional.

Terrible experience. I was told for weeks that everything was on time and expected for pickup on time, even the day of. Then hours before the expected pickup I'm notified that it's going to be delayed for another week because parts are still coming in.

My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision repair as they guarantee their work. I was very pleased with their shop, very easy to get estimate and timely repair. Received update via text on every step of repair. Repair was on time and excellent paint job. Would recommend them 100%.
