The staff at check in was very friendly and throughout my stay. Plenty of places to eat around the area as well as food at the hotel. Very quiet atmosphere.

I had stayed over 10 nights and was accused of breaking a mirror in my room. When it had been broken the entire stay, since I got there. I wouldn’t recommend trusting this hotel for your stay.

I'm not impressed for the price. The first problem was the broken door on the way in. The second problem when I first entered the room it was musty smelling. The third issue I used the bathroom and the toilet was clogged when I flushed. I went to getting desk and was handed a plunger because maintenance had already left. I had to plunge a toilet I did not clog in a room I just entered. I will probably stray away from candlewood suites from now on.

Upon arrival they were ok not great but ok. I had to come back later for the check in time as I was a little early. No big deal. They said call to check on a room before coming by but I did and was on hold for 5 minutes and hung up went by instead. The hotel lobby is clean and has a snack area that is pretty decent. The coffee machine was broken so had to leave for coffee. I came back later and the room was nice and they put me where I wanted to be. So accommodating for sure. There is one ice machine in the lobby good clean ice. They have full size ice box in the rooms. WIth a many kitchen I assume in each room. Large room clean smellling. Not noisey even though close to the road. Nice small exercise room. They had a pool but it is closed.THere is every resteraunt you could want within walking distance. Also big box stores too. Bathroom clean. Price was decent. Felt safe there at this hotel and the location. No problems only stayed the one night.Rooms: nice rooms more above. I do think the rooms and the carpets need to be upgraded like others noted. But I am not real picky either. It is not bad at all for the price.Nearby activities: Everything is close even a B dubs.Safety: no problemsWalkability: everything even Barnes and Noble and a theatre is close. Coffee shop 5 minute walk away.Food & drinks: Had JJ's it was awesome.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! IT IS A COMPLETE FILTHY, RUN DOWN DUMP. Rooms are terrible! Light fixtures broken, bathroom fan doesn't move air, shower curtain rod about to fall down, carpets are filthy. Huge amount of dust in the fan grate between main room and bedroom. Shampoo dispenser didn't work, asked the 1st day to have it fixed, 3 days later, checking out and still not fixed. I have stayed in nicer $80.00 a night rooms! The statement that the pool is being remodeled between May and December is a complete lie! Dumb people left the window shades open so you can see they are doing nothing! They have, I assume from what I seen, 2 maintenance men that do nothing but stand at the front counter. There is more that enough to keep them busy in this place! Don't waste your time or money on this place!Noteworthy details: Not up to IHG standard at all!!!This place is a complete s#*thole!!!

Not clean and if you need a luggage cart when you check in or out good luck. At the time of our check in and out the luggage carts were nowhere to be found eventually we found them and the maids were using them to haul dirty laundry on so we had to make three trips back and forth bringing our luggage in. Luggage carts are for the guests NOT THE MAIDS!! The only reason I give two stars is because the location is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants.

My family and I have stayed at this location several times in the past although it’s been a couple years. The condition of rooms and service has went downhill. The rooms need to be updated and have a good cleaning carpets throughout are filthy.Front desk staff was extremely rude and acted bothered that you walked through the front entrance. We have agreed to find another “go to” hotel when we come to visit the city!

Have stayed at this location many times over the last few years and it had been fairly decent and reliable. This current stay however has been pretty draining. The first room didn’t have a working shower, the ac unit reeked of cigarettes, and the person above proceeded to stomp about starting at 3 am and not letting up. The second room was better but had a strong air freshener scent and the lock on the door was broken. The third room is worn but once again, people stomping around in the room above and a smell of some kind that is setting my allergies off. The staff have been accommodating so far but I may check out early and go to another hotel.

This hotel was priced at 100 but the taxes charged me another 50 which the website did not even mention so I was shocked about that. When we arrived there the front desk lady asked why we were in town and I said just to get away for the day for my birthday and she quickly acted suspicious and asked was there not anything to do in my town? Why I needed to feel like I was being questioned like she was my mother why on getting a room was beyond me, so I just let that pass. The pool was closed and that was a bummer because I was wanting to swim and wished I would have known ahead of time because that was one of the things I was looking forward to do. There was also a 25 dollar incentive deposit she didn't mention until after running my card, but it is supposed to be refundable so we will see. Now however the room we got was nice and clean, I loved the room! The floors could have been vacuumed in the halls but all in all it was decent!Rooms: Rooms are nice and cleanNearby activities: Plenty of restaurants to go eat, shopping, and for a short 3 mile drive you can get to the Promenade Hills shopping mall which is a must go to place.

I wanted to love this hotel because of other experiences with the chain, but this location is due a makeover. It was tired, VERY tired, with worn spots on the carpeting and vinyl. It looked as though it couldn’t get clean because of its age. The couch sagged badly in the center. They didn’t include extra blankets in the room for the pullout bed, but staff cheerfully provided it. One of the afternoon on-duty staff was frequently standing smoking by the front door (there was no getting around her smoke, and I’m very allergic). Lots of highway noise, sirens, etc but that’s the location and no fault of the people. Good (free) coffee in the market.

Very kind and gracious staff for the entire duration of our stay. We were present for a winter storm which burst pipes all over Northwest Arkansas. It has been amazing to watch the resilience of the staff and the persistence of bringing positive energy to the hotel everyday. Highly recommend without hesitation.

The first room they booked us into smelled like someone had been chain-smoking in it.The second room they booked us into had a piece of drywall sitting on the electric cooktop, and had a hot plate plugged in to the wall. The third room they tried to give us did not have a working HVAC system, and when I tried to call the front desk, the phone receiver didn’t even have a cord attached to it.WHAT A DUMP!We promptly left and went to a different hotel.

We’ve stayed at several Candlewood Suites in the past and have had a wonderful experience. This time we stayed in a king suite and our stay was quite disappointing. Our room was in major need of some updating. I don’t know that it was necessarily dirty, but it didn’t feel clean (maybe due to the fact that it really needed to be upgraded). I would say that the carpet was pretty gross though because we made sure to wear our shoes/socks in the room and my sons white socks turned black on the bottom. Some issues that we had with the room were that it had a very musty smell to it, the chairs were old and had places were the fabric was missing, the bathtub had cracks in it where you could see they tried to repair it but the repair was no longer holding, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the couch/recliner had a few stains that needed to be addressed. The rooms had obvious signs of wear and tear that need to be addressed. The carpet in the hallway of the hotel was also pretty filthy with several stains. We paid about $150 a night and I just expected the room to be in a bit better condition than what it was in. Needless to say, the Candelwood Suits in Rogers is not a place we will be staying again.

I stayed in this hotel for a long period of time in 2006 and now I went back for the first time in 2022. I like this hotel, reasonably priced, well located, staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable, large and quiet. I would definitely stay again.
