My family hosted a rehearsal dinner for a wedding here. We had a limited menu, so I can't say whether certain things were good, but the food options we had were DELICIOUS! Some of the best food I've had in NWA.Service: we had a large group in that rehearsal dinner, and it must have been all hands on deck for the restaurant. The service was EXEMPLARY; nobody missed a beat, even with a large group! Our waiter, Gauge (I believe that's how you spell it, forgive me if I'm wrong), went above and beyond to accommodate me personally. I have a nut allergy, and he went to the kitchen to ask if anything had nuts in it. He then brought me out some dessert that was "guaranteed no nuts." That dessert was divine!I can't say enough nice things about all of the waiters there, and I can't believe I've gone this long without checking this place out. I don't make it to NWA very often, but when I come back, I will most definitely be back at Capriccio!Sorry for the long review. TL;DR Food was perfect and the service even better!

Took my family that was visiting from CA here for Italian food and they loved it! The atmosphere at the restaurant was clean and nice. The food was perfect ! The waitress we had was so funny and made sure we always were well attended. We will definitely return just for the

My son took his girlfriend here for Valentine’s Day. When they booked they were not told it was a set menu at $70 per person. When they sat down the server did not review menu so the kids were unaware they had access to everything on the menu. They instead only ordered sparingly. I called and spoke to the owner who indicated he would leave a small gift card at the front for them to pick up. He did not. A bit disappointed in their attention to detail during the reservation process, seating process and menu presentation. My son paid the full bill and tipped kindly.

From the moment we stepped into Capriccio, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. Despite a bustling dining room, we were seated promptly, which was a pleasant start. Although it took some time for our server to take our drink orders, approximately 30 minutes, this minor hiccup did little to dampen our spirits, thanks to the cozy ambiance that Capriccio effortlessly maintains.The main course was a testament to Capriccio's culinary prowess. I opted for the Chicken Parmesan, and my wife chose the Chicken Puttanesca. Both dishes were served in generous, adult-sized portions that challenged our appetites, yet were so delectably prepared that we savored every bite without hesitation. The quality of the food spoke volumes of the care and expertise behind Capriccio's kitchen doors.Dessert was another highlight of our evening. The chocolate cake I ordered was nothing short of amazing – moist, rich, and utterly satisfying. My wife's choice of Ricotta Cheesecake was equally impressive. She remarked on its smooth, almost creamy texture, which was a delightful departure from the denseness typical of traditional cheesecake, finding it to be an exquisite end to our meal.Our visit to Capriccio was not just about enjoying great food; it was an experience that combined a delightful atmosphere with culinary excellence. Despite the initial wait for service, the overall quality of our meal and the warmth of the environment left us with a lasting impression. Gage took care of our table for the evening. Above and beyond service, which we really appreciate. Did not have to ask for refills on drinks, timely taking orders and bringing it and all around very attentive.

Celebrated my husband's birthday last night. There were three large groups but our service was still outstanding. Food was delivered hot and tasted wonderful. Will definitely be back!

My favorite Italian restaurant in NWA by far! Nothing trendy here - the classics are served impeccably well! Wonderful ambiance, great for dates or a quiet dinner. They are now open for lunch too, although it's hard to tell. The service is also friendly and wonderful. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent restaurant. The service is outstanding and the food is made from scratch and so good. The hostess and wait staff are really wonderful and friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant is elegant. I highly recommend this restaurant.
