I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this Carmart! After my car broke down and spent 29 days in the shop because of a bad transmission, they went above and beyond to take care of me. They truly made me feel valued and supported through the entire process.
Sheila was absolutely amazing—she kept me updated every step of the way and made sure all of my needs were taken into consideration. John was super awesome too! He made sure I got into my new car as fast and easily as possible.
If you’re looking for a place that genuinely cares about their customers and works hard to get you back on the road, this Carmart is it!

I’ll be honest, my first experience with another Car-Mart location left me with a poor impression of them. However, when I passed by the Rogers North location, their car selection caught my attention, so I decided to give Car-Mart another chance. and I’m so glad I did!
The General Manager, Nakia, went above and beyond to take care of me. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each step. I was so impressed by his energy and dedication… watching him run back and forth between offices so much made me feel like I needed a nap!
Nakia not only provided excellent service but also managed to get my payments even lower than we originally thought. He was absolutely fantastic, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

If anyone is in need of a great reliable car. Choose CarMart!!! I had a great experience yesterday buying my 2015 Chevy Cruze and I am more than pleased with my purchase. Also the customer service was better than I could ask for they all were very helpful and understanding of what I needed and did a great job explaining and helping me out on thw purchase . I wanna give a shout-out to John the salesman and the team very great and trusting people. So if anyone is in need of a trusting vehicle visit CarMart you will be more than happy you did. John, Nakia, and Destiny made our car buying experience amazing! They worked through several technical issues, and put up with our shenanigans while we tried to get insurance figured and I would love to buy from these people again!

Great service! They helped me get a Jeep grand Cherokee, walked me through everything and answered all my questions. Any problems Iv had with it so far have been fixed no questions asked! Amazing team!!

Words cannot express how grateful I am for the ENTIRE Rogers-North Car-Mart. They didn’t just sell me a car, they made sure that’s the one I loved. They are ALL (and I mean each and every single one of the staff members there.) treated me like someone they had known for years. John is not only a wonderful salesman, but also an amazing person. The GM- Nakia made sure that I was taken care of since I didn’t experience at the other lot in Rogers. I’m so thankful for all the help they provided me, I will always come back to see them. ❤️

They were such nice people and told me exactly what I needed for when I came. Since I had everything I needed and I knew what I was looking for; we were done in about an hour and a half. I got a great vehicle and payments in my range. I would send anyone there.
