There were many hidden damages and issues under the existing flooring. They only changed me a little extra for the labor and cost of the extra materials at their cost.* No waste from the perfect measurements. Only a few planks left over. Less than one box from a 1,200 sf job.* Amazing job on the installation. We are in a 50 year old townhouse. Almost every step around the house came on an uneven surface with lots of loud creaking noises.
