Giving a one star rating is very generous. I have never experienced such disrespect and lack of compassion by a veterinarian clinic in my life. The staff I delt with couldn’t answer a single question without putting me on hold to ask a vet tech. Even simple questions like what certain fees were. They tried to sell me pet insurance assuming I couldn’t pay my bill. They did not listen to my concern about my aging cat’s quality of life care. On my last visit there, I was told there was no available appointment. I could drop my cat off and they would work him in. Reluctantly, I dropped him off with their assurance that I would be called and communicated with about his treatment and the fees. I did not receive a call about any treatment plan. Only the fee to X-ray him, which I approved. I received a call 1/2 hour before closing to say I could pick him up. The lady who called misinformed me about the medication dosage he was prescribed. My cat also did not receive the sani-clip I requested for him. I was told that would not be a problem and they would do that. I was also charged a $15. drop off fee that was never mentioned. Two weeks later, my poor old cat was in such misery that he was biting his tail to the point of nearly severing it. When I called to make an appointment to bring him in to end his suffering I was told the next available appointment was 3 weeks away! I told them that was unacceptable. My cat was in pain, injuring himself and bleeding. She put me on hold to come back to say I could drop him off and they would try to get to him. I expected to have to put him down and I refused to leave him alone. She told me to go somewhere else there was nothing else they could do! A couple of hours later she said the Dr. could give him medicine for 4-5 days to help until he could be seen. I don’t know how 4-5 days of medicine was going to help for a 3 week out appointment! My cat was bleeding and not leaving the bandages on.I did take the advice of the person who called and found a reputable vet with compassion and empathy for my cat and me.When you call this office you hear a message saying that the call may be recorded for training purposes. If this is true then their training is as lacking as the service of the staff. They complained about “computer” issues instead of accepting responsibility for their lack of knowledge behind the desk. The office is cluttered, disorganized and the most unprofessional place I’ve ever seen!Do yourself and your pet a favor and go somewhere else before their staff tells you too.

The atmosphere was amazing, almost as amazing as the people who worked there. I could feel in all of them a genuine love for the animals they were treating, and they treated my boy Jack like a king.It was a wonderful experience, and I feel extremely confident that the next time I need veterinary services, they will be the perfect place for me to go.

while I do not work in this field of animal care, I do work as a dog bather and from my general knowledge of just common sense and experience the way this clinic is run and how they function is disgusting. I mean this in both the way the clinic is kept and the way staff behaves and general organization. the lobby is littered with parrot excrement and stray cats roams freely through the front door right into the room where chronically ill cats are kept. if any medical history or files are kept at all it is done in an incredibly disorganized nonfunctional fashion.my roommate’s cat had a blood vessel burst and it’s clear the proper care wasn’t given to him as he soon passed two days later. we were allowed to visit him where they were keeping him for treatment, and while we are grateful for that, in retrospect it was incredibly incompetent of them to allow us into a room with chronically ill cats, all kept in incredibly small kennels with very little towels, blankets, beds, or general cushioning. one of the cats that was there while we were visiting was prone to hallucinations and they allowed us to stand right in front of the cat which upset it. they simply clipped a towel to the front of the cage.today my roommate received a text asking for an additional charge of a couple hundred more dollars for this “treatment” that happened months ago. they were not clear about what the charge was for and seemed to be withholding that information until my roommate proved he had paid it in full. they simply dropped it.if i could give 0 stars i would. if you love you cat and want the best care for them do take them here, they way their clinic functions is not going to benefit your cat.

clinic is littered with cats and garbage. brought my cat here after a blood vessel burst, my cat was there for two days and they never called me after i begged them and called them constantly. they did not even call me to tell me that he had passed, i had to go there myself to find him. i do not blame them for him passing, but they did not tell me anything that was happening nor did they show me any compassion towards my situation. my cat eightball passed away in april under their care and today i got an email saying them i owed them an extra two hundred dollars. when i asked them what i owed them for they refused to tell me until i sent them proof. i sent them it and they still didn’t tell me why i owed them. get your invoices and keep them, just in case they decide to randomly tack on a charge. very disappointed with the care they provide towards both animals and the people that go there. do not bring your cat there.

Angela saw my two cats. She has a lot of knowledge with cats. They even went out of their way to call me a few weeks after seeing my cat to see how he was doing. Which was great. The prices are reasonable as well.

Had a semi wild cat from around here with an infected, nasty wound on her head. Probably a bite. Even though they were busy all day with surgeries, they had me bring her in. They fixed her up with everything they could have. Very friendly and helpful, kept me in the know. Glad for them!

DO NOT GO TO THIS VET. I took my unwell 16yr old cat here for the first time, he had pancreatitis. They kept him for observation - I never got an update. They hadn’t seen him or done anything with him for a full day… so I paid for an overnight for nothing. Then I receive a call from their vet tech, she must have been confused bc I came to then pick up my cat per their vm. I get my cat home who is obviously still unwell. I call them back & they tell me actually my cat was never supposed to be taken off of the IV!!! I bring him back - he stays almost an entire week at their facility. I am told he is starting to be responsive, maybe bring him some of his favorite wet food the next day. I do this the following morning. My cat is COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE IN HIS CAGE. My cat cannot even lift his head or his eyes to look at me. The vet basically tells me it is time to say goodbye. She blows the vein on my boy and SPRAYS ME AND MY BOYFRIEND W THE DEATH SOLUTION… she then proceeds to give him sleeping gas w/ a huge mask over his face… HE WASNT ABLE TO EVEN BLINK AND WAS COMPLETELY LIMP. Then she blows another vein of his, I’m traumatized at this point - my cat is slowly dying in front of me. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE VET. They gave me a “paw print” of his that looked like it had few claws, my cat doesn’t have dew claws… so now I’m pretty sure I have a clay foot print of some other dead cat. They’re now trying to collect $$$ from me. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET!!!!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

It seems a good clinic, and the doctor is very knowledgeable, but they are a little disorganized. When I called to make an appointment, I asked if they could sedate my cat because he is VERY aggressive. The lady said it would depend on how aggressive, and I repeat, he is the MOST aggressive cat you will have to deal with. They said it was OK, that they could do it. So I made the appointment. The first time the doctor was sick and they didn't type my phone number correctly so I considered that my fault for not asking to repeat my phone number after giving it to them. I asked for a dropp off appointment, since they would need to sedate him because he is VERY aggressive. (I explained it again). He es aggressive, he won't let you do anything. Ok. I dropped him off at 7 am. And by the end of the day I went to pick him up, they only could put the vaccines and nothing else. They were almost "surprised" saying he wouldn't let them do anything. And here is where I said "that's why I asked you to sedate him" that was why I dropped him off at first. They had him the whole day and didn't call to ask if they could sedate him to do the exam. They didn't take notes about my cat. It seems they completely forgot I said several times that he was aggressive. A clinic that specializes in cats couldn't deal with an aggressive cat. I lost my time, and money in expensive food. At least he had his vaccines, somehow. They made me buy a VERY expensive 4lb bag of food for 35 dollars and he doesn't even eat it. I guess it's my fault for not asking the price first. He's not eating and somehow he has more diarrhea now. I'll have to mix the food with his other food so he can feel better. Of course I'll take him to another clinic. On the other side, I am a parrot lover, and they have a very neglected Amazon parrot there. If they read a little bit of parrot care they would know that poor bird is suffering. His feathers are bad, he eats bad food for him. He's there smelling cleaning products and disinfectants which is harmful for him. He's surrounded by cats, a predator. No wonder why he's cranky, he's probably in pain. It broke my heart. That bird needs to go to a sanctuary or something. It brokes my heat how nobody seems concerned about that little angel and it's health.

Good people, great parrot inside.. unfortunately wrong medicines for almost a decade and little care beyond. We went to a new place with new medicine and within a week.. a decade old malady was cured. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Absolutely LOVE this place. Dr. Rose knows cats. I drive an hour, just to bring both my cats here. It's worth every moment of my time, and every cent in gas. They listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and give your kitty top notch care. 100/10 would recommend ?❤️
