The people at the Rogers, AR branch are so friendly! They always recognize me and call me by name before they even pull up my account. Robin at the drive up window is awesome! I don't have a lot of money, but they treat me like I have a million dollars. Highly recommend.

These drive thru tellers DO NOT listen. I asked them to put some of my money into my sister's account and the rest into my account. She DID NOT LISTEN. She put it all into my sister's account! This is extremely frustrating. I had a slip with her info on it and I sent in my drivers license. How hard is that???

Always friendly people there but recently changed the hours making it impossible to bank there any longer so will be switching to Arvest. Sadly, started with Arkansas State Bank back in the 80's going through new owners and not many changes until now.
