I wanted to love this pharmacy and move all my prescriptions to them but… they claim to never get my doctor’s authorization for the refill of the compounded formula I get there. They say they will contact the doctor but don’t, so I do. Then they never call when it’s ready, so I have to guess. Currently, it’s taken 3 weeks to get my prescription. I did give two stars because they are friendly. But if my life depended on that medication I’d be ☠️.

This is the third location I have dealt with. I’ve had Heartland Pharmacy for 6 years. As a liver transplant survivor, it’s important that I get my medication refills on time. The first two locations in Little Rock and Springdale were wonderful. Ever since moving to Rogers and changing locations to the Rogers store, my opinion of Heartland has completely changed. My meds are never ready on time. They never call for refills although they claim they do, leaving me to do their jobs calling doctors and asking them to renew prescriptions. I’m thoroughly disgusted with the perfomance of the Roger’s location and will be seeking better service elsewhere as soon as I can. Thanks for nothing but frustration. Do better

Today I went to the Heartland Pharmacy in Rogers AR, I waited an hour for a refill of my medicine and when I got home and opened the envelope I was surprised that they only gave me 5 pills and they charged me as if they had given me 90 pills and no one from the people who attend the counter or those who put the medicine in the plastic bottle said anything. I feel frustrated.

Usually prescriptions are filled within 3 or 4 days, Walgreens and CVS take a minimum of 1 week.

We've been having issues with Heartland lately that are just. Honestly ridiculous. We switched. I'd rather pay a little more than deal with the incompetence this Heartland has shown me. From not giving the price in texts and then acting like it's our fault we don't know the price of things to saying the medication is ready without bothering to get prior authorization on it and then telling us to pay in full rather than getting the authorization. Meds that should have only been roughly 30 dollars somehow would have cost us 104 dollars because of a total either lack of care towards patients or total incompetence. Either way, I'll never be back to another Heartland Pharmacy.

I have always gone to another pharmacy until I had a compound medication that I needed for my son, I just have to say the staff is beyond helpful they even called my Insurance to verify that the response they were receiving was indeed correct on a medication I needed as soon as possible. They explain the “why” a certain outcome is the way it is. They are so knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer they will find it for you! One of the most impressive customer service places I have been and I usually hate waiting for prescriptions but I am super happy with their services so I thought I’d leave a review to encourage you to visit this location as well!!!

Slow and take too long. Was quoted my scripts would be ready in 10-15 min, go inside and another person tells me now, it'll be 15-20 min longer. Seriously? They were called in at 8 am. This will be your businesses downfall, and you'll be closed in another year.

Fast and friendly, always ask if I have any questions about my medications and answer any of them completely. All staff have been professional and courteous inside the store and through the drive thru. Also appreciate getting text messages when my prescriptions are ready and the total cost.
